Called as Kimmy by her celebrity mother Phoemela Baranda, Nichole was Dubbed as "Sweet Revelation ng Makati,” Nichole hopes to find herself while inside the PBB house and wants to prove why she is a secret no longer.

The State Witness For Vhong Navarro Case Backed Out

The person who has been announced last Monday to be a state witness backed out because of fear. 
The name was revealed to be Jed Fernandez one of the accused in mauling of Vhong Navarro. In the interview made on "Buzz ng Bayan" on Sunday Tony Calvento the brave journalist who's been helping Vhong Navarro in his case revealed that Jed wants to be a state witness.

He said that one of Jed's friend contacted him to personally talk to him about his revelations on the plan of mauling.

According to Tony Calvento, he feels that Jed is telling the truth because he even revealed the John Doe in the video, the name of the unidentified person is "Edgar" which is seen in the CCTV as the one holding the duct tape. 
 
He said Fernandez's friend revealed later in their conversation that Edgar is their family's driver-bodyguard. 
 
The two went to the DOJ carrying an affidavit 
 
But according to Tony Calvento, Leila de Lima told him that Fernandez backed out for unknown reason.

"I am only basing sa binanggit sa akin ni Secretary na he changed his mind, he's a cry baby and that he is very scared of Cedric Lee and what he can do to his family... Umatras siya," he said. </blockquote>
 
Calvento said that despite the backed out the DOJ got a lot of details.

Cedric Lee and Simeon Raz Arrested in Eastern Samar.It is after several days when the court released the Arrest warrant for Cedric Lee group. Lee Group is the suspect for mauling and extortion to Actor-host Vhong Navarro Last January.

The two suspects are now in the custody of police, they were nabbed by the group of NBI in Oras municipality Eastern Samar. They are now preparing the transfer of two suspects in Manila. 
 
Meanwhile the place where lee and Raz to be detained is still unknown. The Taguig Regional Trial Court will determine where the two will be held. 
 
Department of Justice Leila De Lima said that the other 3 suspects included in the mauling are still country and will soon be arrested. 
 
According to the Journalist <a href="https://www.facebook.com/tonycalvento/posts/249248668612613?stream_ref=10" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Tony Calvento</a> he received a report that the suspects are now hiding and sleeping inside their cars.

Accused in Vhong Navarro Mauling Case Wants to be State Witness

Leila de Lima on April 21, 2014 already confirmed that one accused in January 22 mauling case of Actor Vhong Navarro decided to "tell the truth" and become state witness against the other accused. 
 
De Lima added that the suspect whom the name was withheld for security reasons already asked for protection.

"One of the accused has turned state witness and is now talking to our WPP and is now being handled by the WPP," De Lima said. "So this accused will be narrating the entire incident beginning with the planning made by the group of Cedric Lee." 
 
According to De Lima the suspect said, they called their operation against Navarro as "Oplan Bugbog" (Operation Plan Mauling). 
 
Any person accused may be placed under the witness protection program, granting him or her the privilege of government protection, but still the court will decide if the accused will be use as state witness. 
 
It is now becoming clear of what is true in this case and soon may also affect the rape cases filed against Vhong Navarro.

Warrant of Arrest Issued Against the Group of Deniece Cornejo and Cedric Lee

The Taguig court has released arrest warrants for NON-BAILABLE case against the group of Deniece Cornejo and Cedric Lee  in the mauling incident against actor-TV host Vhong Navarro. 
 
The arrest warrants were issued by Judge Paz Esperanza Cortes of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 271 against Cornejo, Lee, Jed Fernandez, Simeon Raz Jr. and Ferdinand Guerrero in connection with the serious illegal detention case filed by Navarro. Serious illegal detention is a non-bailable offense.

The warrant issued is received at around 12 noon according to Chief Supt Jose Erwin Villacorte of the Southern Police District. 
 
Why the two others accused in the case Bernice Lee and Jose Calma are not included in the arrest warrants issued by the court? According to Justice Secretary Leila de Lima

The January 22 incident took place at Cornejo's condominium unit in Taguig. Navarro was tied up, blindfolded and mauled by the group, and was then brought to the Southern Police District where he was made to sign a blotter that details his supposed attempt to rape Cornejo. 
 
Last week, arrest warrants in connection with the criminal charge of grave coercion were issued against Lee's group. Cornejo and Fernandez have since posted P12,000 bail for the grave coercion case. --

Here's the details of the new alleged RAPE VICTIM of Vhong Navarro. This incident happened 2010. 
 
A woman who worked as a double in a telenovela that starred Ferdinand “Vhong” Navarro has filed a rape complaint against the actor before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office on Wednesday. 
 
In a four-page complaint-affidavit obtained by the media on Friday, the complainant narrated the alleged rape incident that happened inside the sports utility vehicle (SUV) of the actor sometime in early 2009 during the last few weeks of the taping of the telenovela. 
 
The complainant said the actor’s driver asked her to go inside the SUV because Navarro wanted to talk to her during a break in their taping. 
 
“I did not think anything of it and I was not afraid to be alone with Vhong because we were taping with lots of other people around outside,” she said. 
 
Once inside the vehicle, the complainant narrated that the actor forced her to perform oral s3x on him. She said Navarro masturbated in front of her after she threatened that she will bite his s3xual organ. 
 
The complainant said the actor put his hands on her shorts and inserted his finger on her genetalia. 
 
“I did not tell anyone about what happened at the time because it was very painful, humiliating and shameful,” she said. 
 
“After that day, I only shared this painful and humiliating experience to a handful of my really close friends,” she added. 
 
The complainant said she never thought of filing or pursuing a case against the actor because she was afraid, ashamed and she thought that nothing would come out of it because of Navarro’s celebrity status. 
 
“It is only now that I am coming out to tell my story because I was inspired by the courage of other women who are coming out now to seek justice and to tell the truth about Vhong,” she said. 
 
The complainant submitted her affidavit before the assistant city prosecutor Nilo Peñaflor. The complaint was raffled to assistant city prosecutor Nilda Ordoño for preliminary investigation. 
 
Vhong to face complaint head on 
 
Navarro’s lawyer Alma Mallonga told The STAR in a phone interview that they have yet to receive a copy of the complaint. She added, however, that they are not surprised with this development. 
 
“This is something that we were expecting. This doesn’t surprise me,” she said. 
 
Mallonga said they are ready to face the case head on, noting that this is an act of desperation of Navarro’s detractors. 
 
“The timing of filing raises serious questions… Vhong did not commit any of the allegations against him,” added the lawyer. 
 
In January, Navarro figured in a controversial mauling incident involving businessman Cedric Lee, model Deniece Cornejo and a few others inside a condominium in Taguig City. The case is currently under investigation by the National Bureau of Investigation. 
 
Cornejo has since filed a rape case against the actor, who denied the allegations. 
 
He also denied the rape charges of a beauty pageant contestant before the Pasig City Prosecutor’s Office. The complainant accused the actor of raping her in 2010. 
 
Navarro maintained that no such incident happened, noting that he was not with her when the alleged incident happened. He filed perjury raps against the complainant, as well as against Lee and Cornejo and the others that were allegedly involved in the mauling incident.

April 3, 2014, The awaited Medical Technology (MedTech) Licensure Exam results are released. The Professional Regulation Commission announced the 885 passers out of 1,252 Students who took the exam. The Licensure examination was held on MARCH 30 & 31, 2014, Just 3 days the results where given. 
 
The results of examination with respect to six (6) examinees were withheld, until necessary documents have been properly reconstituted and submitted to the Commission.
